Average, not much in details very basic and genera process. Manager seemed laid back and inteview felt less serious. I believe it depends on department and position but overall there did not seem to be a high of standards for questions asked
Very quick process, first stage on teams. General questions and covering the role and expectations. Understanding what I am looking for in a role and whats important to me. Then running through the role and identifying key competencies.

To walk through my career history and responsibilities relating to the role. Also situational based questions too.
For an internship, it was easy and efficient. I received rapid feedback after the interview. I thought that it was useful to meet the manager of the team directly and not go through many rounds with HRs.
