I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at JumpCrew (Surfside Beach, SC) in Jul 2025
Interview
2 Rounds for the whole process
The first was with the Recruiter and the second was with the Sales Manager. They went pretty fast. All in all it was a pretty good experience
Good interview process questions plus video at the end. I ended up using the STAR method, which is a great way of answering and setting you up for success. I would brush up on Jump Crew's history and culture to get an idea of the company. I thought it was a good interview process. I reached out to people on LinkedIn to get a feel for the interview beforehand.

Interview
I ended up not getting my interview rescheduled last minute, and frankly, the experience was disappointing. The recruiter’s lack of communication and last-minute rescheduling without notice reflected poorly—not just on her, but on the company as a whole. I took time out of my day to be prepared, only to be met with unprofessionalism. Based on my experience and the negative reviews on Google, it’s clear this company struggles with communication and overall professionalism. Definitely not a good first impression.
