On the first call with the recruiter everything went well. I was told that the position was in English but the day of the interview I was informed that it would be preferable to know Dutch. Unprofessionalism is what describes the best my experience during that interview. The interview was rescheduled at the last minute, I went later and again I had to wait for some time. It was obvious they were not really aware of what they actually wanted, the interview went quite differently than expected and advertised by the description or the recruiter. To add insult to the injury, one of the interviewers started eating throughout the interview leading to a small burp at the end.
