Someone from HR called me the day after I submitted my resume. I was out, so I just got a voicemail. I actually forgot to call back until the next day, when I checked my e-mail. They had sent their contact information, and then I called back. Talked to someone about the job description. She asked me a couple of questions (Looking for full time? Weekend availability?) and then scheduled an interview. I got another e-mail with the address and directions to the office and how to dress/what to bring. I got there about fifteen minutes early and had to wait in her office until the manager was ready. There was a short application to fill out, and I talked with the receptionist for a few minutes. She seemed nice. The actual interview was pretty short, like ten minutes. The manager was young, he seemed really enthusiastic about the position/company. He said I would get a call around a certain time if I was going to be invited back for a second interview. Unfortunately, I got an e-mail before then saying that I wasn't being selected at that time but that they would keep my resume for the next hiring period.
