Interview
1.) Exams
- 3 sets, Abstract, then math, then a 3 question technical exam, 1 was about a division function and 2 about sorting
2.) Initial Interview
- Usual Stuff but the interviewer I got was by far the absolute best and funniest one I ever got to experience in my job hunting journey. That interview alone made my eagerness shot up to the stratosphere, a blast of a time and I'm more than glad to be a part of it.
3.) Technical Interview
- No live coding, more about what you bring to the table skills-wise and what your prior coding experiences are
4.) CTO Interview
- More about how you fit into the role and what makes you an applicant cut above the rest

HR Interview -> Skills Assessment -> Tech Interview -> Final Interview -> Job Offer.
The HR interview is pretty straight forward.
Skills assessment is easy and they are pretty considerate.
Mostly new hires are new grad.
