I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Just Born in Aug 2025
Interview
Had a Phone interview and then a 1:1 with hiring manager. I was told I would be scheduled with a panel interview a few weeks later but that never happened. The whole process seemed very unprofessional. The recruiter reached out on LinkedIn, set me up with a phone interview right away (I wasn't looking), but once that happened, I was actually pretty excited about the company and opportunity. The 1:1 went well, and the hiring manager was honest, but we didn't have enough time scheduled to answer most of my questions on the role which was fine. The major issue is I had plenty of questions relating to basic benefits/company that the recruiter was unable to give me clear answers to and never would answer even after multiple follow ups. It would take 10+ days just to get a 30 word answer response, yet they kept saying they were interested in me and leading me on. After the 1:1 I had followed up a few times and was stated I would be scheduled for a panel which never happened. Had again followed up 2 times after to just never get emails back. I was simply looking for information if I was still a candidate and company benefits information/position information so I knew it was a good fit. Unfortunately they just ignored me and ghosted me and wasted my time while still getting my hopes up for role I become super excited about local to me.
The interview process was pretty standard. The recruiter was very pleasant and seemingly helpful. Made it through the initial screening and had second phone interview with the hiring manager. Once again it was a pleasant conversation and the hiring manager was very honest and forthright about the business. I did my follow up with weekly then every other week emails to the recruiter. At first, the communication was good with timelines for next steps and only positive feedback. Then the recruiter decided to stop communicating ("Ghosting") entirely. It is entirely understandable that I would not have been the best candidate. My frustration is not having the courtesy to reply to an email stating that Just Born had decided to pursue other candidates. It is common but terribly unprofessional.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Just Born (Bethlehem, PA)
Interview
I applied online and about a week later I received a call to come in for an interview. The company looks to see if you have at least one year experience with conveyor belts.
