I interviewed at Just Eat Takeaway.com (London, England) in Jan 2016
Interview
Some minutes before the interview I was preparing it so I decided to open the website of the interviewer. Then I saw a post called something like "epic fails interview responses" where the guy posted some questions and the responses from the people who did the interviews. The guy was laughing and joking about them. I found it totally disrespectful and from that moment I totally changed my mind about JustEat, a company that I loved. Seriously, it's not fun to make jokes about people that are trying to do their best. It's not fun to laugh about people knowledge. Instead, you should respect the people in the same way they respect you and, if possible, to teach them if they fail with the questions. From that moment I stopped believing that JustEat is a good company, by allowing put that guy as the visible face of the company. People have lost their time trying to do their best. The minimum they deserve is respect.
To be honest when I started the interview I knew I didn't want to join the company because of this. They made me the same questions that the post was laughing about and I knew about that. Disrespectful as I felt they wanted to add more content to that post...

Technical interview
As the TA stated clearly, it's a mid-level position, however the feedback I received after the Hiring manager interview was that they were looking for someone with more leadership skills, this misaligned expectations caused me not passing the hiring manager interview
