I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Just Eat Takeaway.com
Interview
Informal and easy interview process. Had a telephone and Skype interview, the former were questions based on how you would fit in with the company. The latter more about your motivation and competency based. Invited to assessment center but could not attend unfortunately.

Question 1
What's the most entrepreneurial thing you have done?
I applied online and answered a few questions which were relatively easy, then had a phone interview which they forgot to call me for. Eventually they called and I got through to a video interview which is not very nice and you do not get much time to prepare
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Just Eat Takeaway.com (London, England) in Mar 2017
Interview
The interview process was conducted externally by Wiser Graduates:
Assessment centre - consisted of a presentation, group task, two interviews and networking with the team you'd be working with at Just Eat . To be honest, I felt very uncomfortable with the entire process, the interviewers weren't very nice and the whole process revolved around your current skills rather than your potential. Even with the networking, the staff members at Just Eat showed lack of interest and didn't really make you feel welcome. And the group task was pretty much about who could shout the loudest. I also was never contacted about whether I had passed or not - I had to contact Wiser myself (weeks later) in which they apologised for not letting me know because they had 'lost track of things and forgot'. I also asked for feedback but they never got back to me (surprise surprise). Honestly, I'm not saying this because I am bitter about not getting through, I have been to other assessment centres with similar set ups and they have been a lot more enjoyable and comfortable. I think the process of this grad scheme would be way better if they conducted it internally.
