Video interview over Google Hangouts. Two of their developers at one end of a room (I was evidently being shown on a TV screen at the other end) with their laptops. Chance to ask questions first followed by series of harder than average (more advanced than the rudimentary questions I have been used to) technical questions, including a small live (on-the-spot) coding exercise. Did not get the job but the interview process was interesting.
