I sent off my CV and got a response inviting me to a phone interview.
The time of the interview passed and no call so i emailed them to re-schedule it and again, got a response saying early next week. having replied saying that was good for me, i haven't hear anything other than being turned down a few weeks later.

Optional meet-up at office, Online form with a variety of competency questions, Skype interview with member of HR, Group interview/Assessment centre style interview, 1-2-1 interview. Fairly standard process, open to a variety of candidates.
