3 stage 1st - Screening. Basic CV, regulatory disclosures. Telephone. 2nd - Interview with Tony - Very personable. Deeper dive into CV. Opportunity for questions at end. No rush, given 1 hour timeframe. Virtual, video. 3rd - Interview with Duncan (director interviewing trainee advisor) - Didn't gel with interviewer. Was supposed to demonstrate good communication skills, but sadly my efforts were not being reciprocated by interviewer. Feedback was provided at end of process. No offer, unfortunately.
