Via agent. Interview was about half a day, wrote no code but sat and had tech discussions for abut an hour. Given some coding problems on paper, all really easy. This was followed by a 'culture'/people interview. Nothing too painful, everyone was friendly and I had a nice time. They made an offer there and then, which I wasn't expecting.
