I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Justice Just for Girls (West Nyack, NY) in Jan 2016
Interview
I completed my application online on the Ascena Retail website about 2 weeks ago. About a week later, I was sent an employment application to fill out. After that was submitted, I got a call on a Wednesday to come in for an interview that coming Friday. The interview was really informal and occurred at the front of the store with one manager. It was actually pretty fun and wasn't nervewracking at all. One tip though: be prepared to participate in a mock selling of an article of clothing. Today (another Wednesday) I got the call saying I got the job.

Interview
Easy interview. Asked questions about experience and then had me pick out outfit from store. Then I had to explain the outfit and why I chose it. Overall not a hard interview.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Justice Just for Girls (Spring, TX)
Interview
The interview process was informal and felt more like a normal conversation with the store manager. I was able to have an interview on the same day as my inquiry.
