There are a total of three interviews. The first may include other applicants and is essentially a series of questions that gauge how extensive your childcare experience is. The second is an individual interview with an account coordinator about the specifics of child development milestones and your preferences. Upon successful completion of CPR training and background checks, you will be called back in for a third interview filled with more pertinent information for your success.
