Entretien agréable et bien structuré. RH à l’écoute, échanges fluides et transparents. Processus de recrutement simple avec seulement deux étapes : un entretien technique puis un entretien RH. Expérience positive, je recommande vivement de postuler.

Step 1: Phone interview with a recruiter – usually to screen for general fit, experience, and interest.
• Step 2: Video interview(s) with the hiring manager – more in-depth, role-specific questions, and assessing how you’d fit with the team.

Interview
I made it to the final round interview, which was to present a case from some take home data (fairly standard). However, before that presentation, they requested that I come in and meet the CEO, which I did, and I thought the meeting went ok. It seems like the CEO rejected me from that meeting but HR did not send me a formal rejection email, so I prepped for the presentation and joined the meeting but no one else was on the call. It was only then that I found out that my application was already declined. The HR representative was nice and did offer to send me their standard stipend for the assessment, but I never received it even after I followed up.

Fairly standard questions, nothing out of the ordinary. Take home assessment involved analyzing a data set and creating a presentation as if you were to present to senior leadership.
