Interview
There was 1 initial screening call along with 3 Microsoft teams meeting. The first was with the general manager of this role, the other was with the sales team, and the last was with the onsite team.
There was clear communication throughout the hiring process. I also liked that who interviewed me was who i was directly working with once i was hired. A few rounds with all higher up management, whole process took 2 weeks. I got hired and training was great to set you up.
Normal interview. Nothing to long. Usually takes about 3 interviews before the final decision. You will be interviewed by HR first, then your department, and a final interview with HR again. Not much more to say. Wasn't nervous at all during any of the 3 interviews. Nothing more to say once again. There are definitely some good people who do work there.
