Stage 1 - Online Application
Stage 2 - Telephone Screening Interview
Final Stage - Assessment Centre
Straight forward and relatively quick process to the final stage. The assessment centre featured a group exercise, presentation, a technical and a HR interview. Very classic HR questions and the technical interview was more about articulating your thought process than your prior knowledge.
Did not receive an offer and have been completely ignored when requesting feedback, which is particularly disappointing given only 5 were at the assessment. Unfortunately, this has tarnished the otherwise positive experience

Talk about my engineering background and experience
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at KBR in Sept 2011
Interview
Phone Interview:
KBR ring up and ask if you have some time, if not, they will reschedule a time for you. During the interview they ask if you have around 10 minutes. But it went for something like 30 minutes to 45 minutes. They ask your basic behavioural questions as well as stuff like, what was your favourite subject, and what did you enjoy.
Interview:
It's quite nice, they send you a sheet attached with guidelines on how to answer behavioural questions. They also ask things like, why KBR? what do you know about us? and then they go through the process. they give you an opportunity to ask questions after every segment, so ask away to show interest!
They guy who interviewed me was a bit cold, so I think smiling alot and positive attitude might help.
