KEO Marketing interview questions

Took two weeks - after doing a short recorded interview, the recruiter emailed and said I'd made it to the second round interview. Met with CEO the following week and then a team panel the same week. Before the final interview, I was told to take a personality quiz, which I think is biased, especially when they use the results of that quiz to then discriminate and not offer you the position. Instead of your skills and expertise, they fall back on that assessment - that is wrong.

They never showed up to the Indeed video interview. I waited 20 minutes on there for them. I think the interview was supposed to be with the CEO so I assume this is a very small company since most initial interviews are with a recruiter or manager. When I messaged them asking if they needed to reschedule, they said they sent me a note to change the interview because they couldn't make it but I never received any message saying that. Then they tried to reschedule and sent me a request for 1 a.m. instead of p.m. It seemed pretty disorganized so I decided to move on.
