The interview is mostly related to resolving customer complaints, and about your management skills in stressful situations. They ask you about your previous expereince where your handled a angry customer or a tricky sitution

Describe a situtation where your resolved a customer complaint
It’s was a great experience and they were very nice and allowed me to answer their questions fully. I was very impressed with the upkeep of the store. Everyone was polite and the drive thru experience was pleasant after the interview.
Simple, did one interview and was offered role. Staff were friendly and asked competency questions (what would you do if customer did x etc).
Took about a week to hear back.
good. what a lovely interview process from start to finish. I did not attend in person. over the phone was the interview process from start to finish. I'm just trying to meet the word minimum
