Interview
The interview process at KFC is fairly quick and straightforward. It won't take more than 15 minutes. They asked about your availability and then moved on to a few basic situational questions like how you’d handle an angry customer or deal with a complaint. They also ask what you can bring to the team. Overall, it’s simple and casual, but applicants should be aware that in some cases, KFC managers/interviewers may ask questions that feel inappropriate or potentially discriminatory—such as directly asking your age, instead of asking if you're over 18, or where you’re from, which is illegal in interview processes — so it’s worth being mindful of your rights under the Equality Act 2010.

Group interview very easy lasted around 30 minutes, talk at least once and look happy. Mini assessment at the end of interview talking about how to prep chicken health safety stuff very easy.
Pretty seamless. I sat down with the manager, they asked for my availability (days and hours) and to fill out a questionnaire and I was hired. They didn't really look at my resume in person.

One interview with 2 people was asked basic questions like availability, past experience, etc. Asked about skills that would be useful in KFC. If in School they ask about when you will go back aswell. Overall Easy process.
