**Review Title: Mixed Experience at KIC UnivAssist** **Rating: ★★☆☆☆** **Review:** My experience interviewing with KIC UnivAssist was a mixed bag. While the receptionist was extremely pleasant and warm, the overall atmosphere and conduct during the interview left much to be desired. At the start of the interview, the HR present kindly asked if I preferred to present standing or sitting due to limited space in the cabin. Although standing might have aided better articulation, I chose to sit due to lack of space near the screen. Firstly, the conduct of the interviewers fell short of expectations. While I appreciate the HR's coordination efforts, members of the panel lacked basic courtesy and professionalism. One interviewer failed to even greet or introduce themselves, setting a negative tone from the start. Although one individual did extend a handshake, consistency in professional behavior was notably lacking throughout the process. Moreover, the office environment failed to inspire vibrancy or professionalism. The ambiance did not align with my expectations of a respectful workplace. Furthermore, I had requested permission to refer to my mobile Word file for cues for descriptive slides during the presentation. However, I only used it at the first slide, yet feedback indicated I had utilized it throughout the entire presentation. Additionally, had I read other reviews beforehand, I would have chosen not to take the opportunity. Lastly, the offered salary was significantly lower than what was initially discussed, which further diminished my interest in pursuing the opportunity with gumption. In conclusion, I cannot fully recommend KIC UnivAssist based on my experience. While the receptionist was a bright spot, the lack of professionalism and alignment with expectations were significant drawbacks. I hope the company takes steps to improve its interview process and office culture in the future.
