I have interviewed with this company twice for the same role. I have friends who have applied for the same role, but only one was not given an interview. My friend and I have interviewed with this company and we have not heard back from them.
The first time I applied to KIHOMAC was back in January 2025 for their Program Manager role. I interviewed with the directors and was told they would notify me of their decision in a couple of weeks. The interview went well and was given a tour of their facility. Three weeks passed after the interview, and I sent a follow-up email to see if they wanted to hire me. They told me they have not made their decision and that they would get back to me. After a month and half wait, I sent one more email, but was given the same response. I decided to leave it be and accept that I was not picked.
I interviewed for a second time in January 2026. I had a friend who reached out to me and asked if I would interview for the same role. I said yes and interviewed for a second time. The interview was with the same people for my first interview. The interview went well and I was told that I would know if I would get the spot in two to three weeks. I was informed that they had other candidates, but they assured me they would notify me this time. Its been almost 2 and half months since the interview, and I still have not been notified if I got the position. At this point, I am willing to accept that I was not picked and move on.
The company seems great and has a lot of opportunities. I wish the communication was better and that they would get a response back to me quickly.
