It was an intensive interview process. A phone interview with the Head of Schools and a week later I received an invitation to interview with an Assistant School Leader. A week later I was then invited to visit the school and come in person. Once at the school, I taught a mock lesson, observed a few teachers and gave my feedback of what I thought of their instruction and classroom management, then had an actual face-to-face interview with the head of school and a few assistant school leaders. I did not get the Dean of Students position, but was asked if I'd be interested in a lead teaching position. I politely declined and thanked them for their time.
