They do several rounds of interviews. The first is with a recruiter. The interview with the recruiter is recorded and set to the hiring manager. Then you will have another interview with the hiring manager.
I had an initial screening interview, followed by a group interview with members of the team. They asked mostly behavioral questions. The interviewers were very friendly and mentioned that there would be a third interview if I moved forward. After that, I didn’t hear back for about two months and then eventually received a rejection.

online meeting interview. Very formal, a lot of questions and not a lot of getting to know you. The recruiter I spoke with made me feel very nervous and was almost too HR trained. Not speaking like a normal person.
