I was first contacted by phone for a brief interview and was then invited to come into the station. Once there, my boss-to-be asked some clarifying questions about my work history and to elaborate on any special interests. The interview was definitely fun and full of positive energy while still feeling sort of laid-back. All the employees I encountered were very welcoming to me even as a candidate.
