I arrived for my one on one interview and waited in the lobby area. Then I followed the interviewer up to a small room with a desk. We sat opposite each other while she told me a bit about herself and asked me questions about the company and my work history. Typical questions asked were "Why do you want to work here?" ,"What do you like about this company?", "Describe a time when you worked with a difficult person. How did you resolve this?" , "Wether I would prefer to work in a busy atmosphere or quiet and slow one.
