The whole process took a few weeks. I went in for an in person interview that last about 15 minutes. She asked me a few questions, I asked her a few and that was all!

The interview process was normal. However, a few days after the interview the owner called and left a message offering me the job. The day after that she emailed me to restructure the position, which should of been my first red flag.
