Interview
First phase is very straightforward. Involved game, behavioral and clerical questions. Very automated and easy. However, preparing by answering IQ tests will help a lot in improving your score. The CV that you aubmit does not matter as much as how well you do with the tests. In person interview involved a mix of technical and behavioral questions.

I believed the interview went well but didn't get the offer. Overall the interviewers were pleasant and they stuck to the time they had allocated for the interview.
