The interview process consisted of two rounds: one behavioral interview and one technical interview, both conducted with two managers. The technical round focused less on general coding and more on assessing how well I could handle and navigate real projects. Both rounds were straightforward and well-structured. Overall, it was a great experience
I applied online. I interviewed at KQED (San Francisco, CA) in Jun 2025
Interview
Super chill experience overall, with two rounds and direct interaction with the team I work with. Everyone was extremely helpful, supportive, and there’s a strong emphasis on cross-collaboration across teams.
First round interview was for 30 minutes over the phone, relatively easy conversation, flowed well. Second round interview, four person zoom panel. It was intense and intimidating. They were all kind but it felt very serious.
