Unnecessarily long and redundant--1 phone interview and 3 rounds of zoom interviews. I was asked the same questions over and over, it all could have been done in two rounds.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Explain how you have juggled multiple priorities and deadlines in a current or past role. How do you stay organized and on top of the details without making a mistake or missing something?
Very transparent and clear from every interviewer about the process- it was great to meet all the people I worked most closely with during my initial interview process. I was interviewed in 4 sessions by someone from HR recruitment, the hiring manager, and 3 of my current coworkers, 2 of those coworkers in senior-level positions.

Question 1
How do you navigate a position where you have to communicate to different departments for your work?
The interview process was incredibly professional and well-organized. I found HR to be communicative throughout the entire process, responding quickly to my inquiries and reaching out to me promptly to schedule the in-person interview and to follow up with decision-making. Through this interview process, I achieved a more holistic view of what the position I applied for entails. I was also able to gauge work culture and environment through my communications with HR and staff. Overall, I found the process to be incredibly streamlined and efficient. I was never made to feel like I was ignorant of the timeline or what the process would be.
