Telephonic discussion and then told to come and meet the team for lunch. Team took me out for lunch along with Manager and during lunch we had detailed discussions about the project, challenges, etc... They also told what they are looking for and how I can fit in well. After that, we came back to office, had coffee and then started some more on-board discussions - it was a great feeling.
