Interview
I had applied for this job online and received a call from one of the recruiters who was conducting the interview process with this company. The first round of telephonic round was with recruiter, second round of phone interview was with company owner. I got call for third round of technical interview from recruiter and he confirmed things with me. Within next 2 days, I got to know that the recruiter and his team were laid off and he is no more working on this company account. As I never had any direct contact details of company I tried to contact them through LinkedIn and the official website phone number. But no one ever responded back to my queries. I lost this opportunity because of the unwillingness of the company to respond. Overall pathetic experience as I wasted almost a month in following up and going through the interview rounds.

Question 1
Everything about previous job experience and technical skills
I am not sure who the recruiter you were working with as we rarely work with recruiters. I am not sure of the ones we have worked with got laid off. Maybe you weren't a fit, not sure as your complaint is anonymous. We respond to everyone and we only place adds on indeed, and maybe on Linked in once in a while. You may be thinking of another company.

Interview
I was contacted by HR and set an in-person meeting at their office. I met with the CEO. I had a second phone interview with the COO. When I arrived at the office for the first interview, there was no one at the front desk and the front door was locked. The office is in an industrial office park. Not appealing or professional at all. The CEO was late for the meeting and not at all prepared. The COO was clearly not qualified for the title. The company is very small and the client base is as well. They do not seem like an organization with a long-term future. I was told after the second interview that I'd be contacted in a week. I reached out to them after 10 days and asked where they were in the decision-making process and they said they would let me know soon. I never heard back from them. Overall, it was a very unprofessional experience.

Question 1
How would I solve an internal problem they were having; staff utilization numbers
Sorry if you weren't impressed with our offices and I am sure you were contacted after we selected someone. We let everyone know the size of our company and the makeup and that information is readily available on linked in. Our client base is small but very large clients in case anyone is interested.

Interview
Interviewed with the COO and President. Overall it was a poor experience. President seemed like he didn't want to be in the meeting.
COO didn't seem qualified enough as a GP consultant, or as a COO. Both these traits were confirmed once i started working in the consulting group.

Question 1
There were questions about my GP implementation projects from the past. Nothing that really stands out now.
