I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kabbage (Atlanta, GA) in Jul 2016
Interview
I applied as a referral through a third party. I initially spoke with Kabbage's internal recruiter to gauge my potential as a fit for the position give the my experience predominantly falls within the realm of manual testing as opposed to automated framework development and test scripting. Shortly after, a phone interview was set up with a development / QA lead that was very cordial and thorough where the typical questions came up. The lead we very thorough I answering my questions and didn't take offense when asked the very pointed question "Do you have a quality problem". I've asked that question in past interviews and it has been met with varying responses.
I did quite a bit of research (dare I say stalker level research) leading into the process via sources beyond Glassdoor and I can say that these guys have a great company culture that should be the envy of any other company and job seeker. I certainly plan on keeping an eye out for future job postings.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kabbage (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2020
Interview
Previously did a phone screen and coding challenge when I applied there for an internship. This time around I had to do a 3-hour interview with different groups of software engineers: writing code for a REST API and discussing past projects and experience. Very smooth process and helpful recruiter
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Kabbage (Atlanta, GA) in Jul 2019
Interview
One of the best interviews I have ever attended. I applied on their career website and received a coding test, the test was 1 question 50 minutes. It was not as simple as it looked like.
After the coding test there was a technical phone screen with one of the Software Engineer, this was more like technical chat than an interview. I was invited onsite for 3 hours. The on-site interview started with a coding test followed by two panel interviews. Finally there was a behavioral interview with one of the senior leadership member.
The whole process took about 1-2 weeks, and I received offer after few hours of my last interview.

Interview
I had a coding challenge, and afterwards, I had a phone call with HR. During the interview, I was asked a broad systems design question and explained a past project I have worked on. Everyone I spoke to was very nice.
