I apply on Sunday. Monday I called to follow up, received a call from Rick. He explained to me all of the process by phone. Then received an email from Steve with the invitation for the mass interview. The interview was the previous day. I'm a Hispanic woman. I was received by Rick and Steve, met others that I'll be working with on training, field, etc... After an easy 1:1 interview (they also do groups interview, but I was the only one there) with no pressure I accepted to become a Cable Installer. I paid for my own background check and drug test (as independent contractor I have to). I'm ready to start on Monday. The whole process should take 3 to 4 weeks before I start alone. Thanks everyone!
