The initial interview took place with a recruiter followed by 2 subsequent interviews with the director of talent and director of people operations. This was followed by a 45 minute panel interview with 4 members of the HR team and then 3, 30 minute interviews afterwards. There were some communication issues throughout the process as well as scheduling issues on Kairos’s part. After a 7 week process, I received a rejection email without any concrete feedback. Not the most ideal experience for a candidate that invested a significant amount of time in the process - A phone call would have been appreciated - when asked for feedback, I was ghosted by the recruiter.
