30-40 minute interview. Includes questions about past experience, strengths and weaknesses, and scenarios about constructive feedback. You interview with a clinical manager and the state director or operations manager. The turnaround is pretty quick as well.

Very easy process - recruiter called and first asked questions relevant to my job experiences, what I was looking for, etc. Next part was the interview with clinical manager, where basic interview questions were asked.
