Kalsec interview questions

There was a phone interview first with the hiring manager and HR manager. Second we had a group interview with maybe 8 people involved. There were breakout sessions in the afternoon with groups of 3-4. Also, some online testing was involved for Excel, English, relationships, etc.

It was a very smooth interview process with lots of questions about my job history and plans. Split up into mini-interviews with employees within that certain position and others there to oversee the interview.
