I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter to schedule a screening interview in Melbourne. The interview itself went well, however communication afterwards was limited. Despite following up, I did not receive an update for several weeks, and more than a month later I received a generic rejection email stating that other candidates were a better match. While I understand hiring processes can take time, a more timely update and some brief, constructive feedback would have been appreciated. The salary range discussed also felt below market for a Delivery Manager role given the responsibilities involved.
