First there was what felt like a screening with a 'Talent Advisor' and then there was a second interview with a 'Technical Manager'. Everything seemed to go well but they started really dragging their feet for the third interview for a technical screen.
They couldn't seem to "find an interviewer" for the technical screen and then ran out a timer on their requisition which had apparently been open for over 100 days and wanted me to reapply to the new one (very annoying) but never sent it.
I had to reach out after I hadn't heard from them after 2 weeks of them working to find an interview which was over a month from when I had the second interview just to be told they already made an offer on the role.
I know the holidays are hard to work around but I was really interested in this role and was very let down by the extreme unprofessionalism of this company. Dragging a candidate multiple months and then ghosting them is just not right.
