Basically, They called me up introducing their company profile. I never applied for the job, I never heard about this company before. With due respect, i listened it all. They sent me a mail, everything was quite okay(They Didn't Mentioned Salary).
Later that day, I sent them my resume to which i got reply by having a casual telephonic interview(Which i felt too casual for an HR, They don't have a HR).
So i reached company and was expecting to have a formal interview instead i had an interview on the damn chair. To be honest, I don't judge any company by their turnovers or their websites etc etc...but by the approach and environment they have.
The guy sat next to me asked me about my profile(with Broken English) and asked me if i knew how to use social media platforms, google, maps....etc(which i felt offensive because my resume clearly says ENGINEER). he didn't even read anything. He asked me about the salary expectation, to which i replied 3LPA. He did not know what LPA meant. he was trying to settle my expectations by literally poaching me to have 10-12k per month, if not they wouldn't take my resume to the boss, who will provide me the offer letter.
I never applied for the job(They had my details via naukri.com, i assume), i never tried to show interest in the position.....i was just trying to understand their system.....Yeah, by wasting my time(i know).
Ultimately, Worst place to even think to work with KamikazeB2B. They don't even know what they are doing. It felt like the office clerk was appointed as HR.
Guys, Don't waste your precious time over this stupid company. They don't worth your time.
