Interview
Good experience overall. I used a recruiter who put me in contact with the company.
I interviewed in August - September 2022 remotely. The communication was good overall, aside from leaving me out on one of the interview meeting invites.
There were 2 interviews. The first interview (45 mins) was a screening call with the CTO. The second interview (3 hours) had 3 parts with system design question, technical pairing and culture fit interview with the CEO.

Question 1
Interview 1: Questions about what I'm working on at the moment and why I'm looking for a new role. What technical books I've read recently, some small technical questions (eg explain the React virtual DOM).
3 part interview:
Part 1: System design - the question was seemingly standard. The interviewer was really friendly and helpful and tried to ease my anxiety as I'd never done this type of interview.
Part 2: Technical pairing - fairly standard as well. Again, the interviewer was very patient and understanding.
Part 3: Culture fit interview with the CEO. The CEO asked me to tell them about myself, about a project I've worked on recently, what would my colleagues say about me and what questions did I have for the company.

Interview
Overall the interview was easy to average.
The whole process took one week.
Except the fact that I didn't receive any response after my interview neither positive or negative, that is frustrating because I think I did really well on each of the interviews and would like to get any response even if it is negative.
Most of the guys I had interview with were very nice except the person who conducted the coding interview, he was very passive the whole interview, he didn't set any expectations, "just solve the problem", so I wasn't sure what to prioritize OOD, Time/Memory complexity or Code writing speed.
