Kaplan Creative Designer interview questions

Did 2 interviews (one 30min phone call, one 60min in-person) and 2 creative assignments for them. My application was unsuccessful, which is fine, I understand if i did not pass. But they refused to provide any feedback for me. which is unfair because you dont respect the candidate's time and effort after making them do so many assignments. It's not hard to provide feedback, it's just a matter of human decency. Red flag!
