Interview
It's hard to say, really. It's definitely not a hard process - as long as you have scored highly enough on the test that you want to teach, you are good talking in front of people, and there is an opening available, you should be able to get a job.
The interview process was what I would consider normal except some of those that interviewed me did not seem as knowledgeable or have as much experience in my field as I did.

Question 1
describe a challenge in your life and how you overcame it.
Craig's List hiring. It was interesting. Nay, it was tedious. Parking is a nightmare. Lots of Belarusians milling about. I enjoy teaching. It's a rewarding experience. Belarusians are the polar opposite of rewarding.
