There were 3 formal rounds required for getting hired. To apply you must have scored above the 90th percentile on the standardized test you are seeking to teach. The first "round" is a self-recorded answer to some questions they ask you, including a 2 minute video of you teaching some provided questions.
Next you meet live with an instructor who plays the part of a student. You have to teach them some pre-assigned problems. The "student" also asks you questions throughout that you may expect in a typical interview.
The last round is a meeting between you and a faculty manager, and I presume if you've made it this far, it is always for you to be offered a position and figure out when you can start teaching.
