Kappa Kappa Gamma interview questions

Each aspect of the interview process was intentional and incredibly thoughtful. Every interviewer was engaged and truly had my and the organization's best interest at heart. While the interview process is a marathon, it's well worth it for what you learn both about the organization, yourself, and your fellow interviewees.

A well put together, thorough process. 8 rounds of interviews with national office. It was an arduous, but rewarding time. Ultimately, it came down to one question... "Are you a SEAT." Fortunately, I am a SEAT. Good luck to everyone!!!
