I am so sorry to hear you are upset with the way our phone call went. We do try to contact candidates back as quickly as possible once they apply, and we typically follow a call, text, email pattern to make initial contact. I understand the lack of preparedness you must have felt getting a call out of the blue, but we have found that most candidates prefer to have a conversation immediately, rather than schedule a later time to talk. The day I called you, we had an emergency in the office that I had to tend to immediately. When we talk to candidates, we do try to devote as much time and attention possible and I apologize that you do not feel you were treated in that manner.
Overall, I am sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied with our call. We do recognize that some of our Glassdoor reviews are not the most positive, but we do encourage readers to remember that most folks do not write reviews when they have a positive experience.
