They did not phone screen me. (red flag!)
Initial communication was with the office/department assistant who was very professional at all times. She scheduled my interview, administered the psychometric test and did the initial in-person interview.
Main interview was with the Fund Controller - she had an energetic personality, very nice
Young staff, very casual environment.

Question 1
Although the position was listed as Senior Accountant - Distressed Debt I learned in the interview it was more of a loan reconciliation position. It was stressed that the person should enjoy loan reconciliations. This was a surprise since the position was listed as an accounting role.
They also required a timed psychometric test, unusual for a loan reconciliation position.
