Karrikins Group interview questions

I applied online and got a phone interview. After which, I was scheduled for a Skype interview since I was not based in the city they were in. Everyone involved in the process was very genuine, down to earth and approachable. The people who conducted the interview were extremely nice and professional. They were sensitive to my answers and were very encouraging which was very refreshing to see. I could also tell they were open to all sorts of answers, rather than looking for what they wanted to hear. I didn't make it to the next round but they were nice enough to give me a call to deliver the news out of professional courtesy - something I rarely see these days. The language used and their care towards their applicants reflected positively on what their company is about. It's a pity I didn't make the cut but I am grateful for the opportunity nonetheless.
