Interview
The HR department called an asked for an in-person interview about two weeks after I submitted my application. The interview was with the head of HR and one of the companies engineers. Both were very pleasant. The interview concluded with a tour of the facilities.

There was a technical portion of the interview where you had to use SolidWorks, but with any prior knowledge of the software you'll be fine.
