Interview
My recruiter was amazing and gave me lots of pointers before the interview. I arrived 15 minutes early, was dressed professional, and my interviewer was late. He was rude, quiet, and it felt like the most robotic interview i’ve ever had. His demeanor made me uncomfortable and that lead to me stuttering and feeling uneasy. At the end, he basically told me I shouldn’t work there because I have a child and that they need someone who can fully dedicate themselves to the company. My recruiter even said to not mention I care about a work life balance because my interviewer wouldn’t like hearing that. This company is a huge red flag.
They contacted me, scheduled the interview, no showed, then ghosted me. I understand hiring managers fet busy but for a company of that size with their resources one would think they have an automated Rejection email.

Interview
The interview process was straight forward. The recruiter Gabriela was extremely helpful through every step, letting me know what the next phases of the process would look like. When working around my schedule to ensure I was continuing with the process, she was phenomenal.
It was actually great. Gabriela was awesome with me and I hopefully join in the future for an IT position. Great feedback overall from the team, smooth process and offer. Great benefits
